ANTAS 142-BUTYL
RUBBER SEALANT
APPLICATION
Antas-142 is a l-component butyl rubber sealant which was
designed specially for containers and refrigerated vans.For
a non-drying sealant which forns a thin skin on drying .it
is usually used for sealing to a refrigerated van. Bus or
container where under the woodfloor Antas-142 is also ideal
for jointing and sealing to door,window,expansion or jointing
and sealing to door, window,expansion or perimeter joints.
For sealing to buses or cars,please use Antas-128 neoprene
sealant.
PREPARATION FOR USE
Surfaces must be clean and dry. Do not apply to any oil surfaces.For
the glass and metallic sufaces,remove all dust and dirt and
then clean with alcohol.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
· Cut tip off cartridge just above threads.
· Thread nozzle onto cartidge,cut nozzle for desired sizw.
· Insert into caulking gun and apply with cnstant pressure.
· Smooth uncured sealant surface immediately using tools wetted
with soap solution if it is required.

CLEANING
Uncured sealant:with organic solvent;
Cured sealant:scraping or abrasin.
STORAGE
Store in its original unopened packaging in a dry and shady
place.
SHELF LIFE
12 months at 25℃ for best results ,the product should be used
within this period.
PACKAGING
Available in 306ml cartridge and 30 cartridges a box.
